IND vs AUS 3rd Test Predicted XIs: The BGT 2024-25 has come to a standstill with the series leveled at 1-1 after the first two Test matches, with the next three Tests promising more excitement for everyone involved.
In the first Test in Perth, India emerged victorious, admittedly against the expectations and predictions. They were missing multiple first-choice players in Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and Mohammed Shami, dropped both R. Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, and handed debut caps to two youngsters.
The players stepped up after the side was bowled out for 150 in their first innings. Stand-in skipper Jasprit Bumrah led them inspiringly with the ball, while Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli plundered centuries. India won by 295 runs to take a lead in the series.
However, that lead diminished within seven sessions in Adelaide even as Rohit and Gill returned. Mitchell Starc rocked the visitors in their first innings with his career-best figures of 6/48, and in their second innings, Pat Cummins took a five-for. In between these events, Travis Head mauled the Indian bowlers to hammer 140 runs off 141 balls.
With the BGT 2024-25 locked at 1-1, the two teams travel to Brisbane, where the third Test will be hosted from December 14 at the famous Gabba, where in 2021 India recorded one of their most famous Test match wins.

Harshit Rana was hammered for 86 runs in 16 overs in Adelaide and looked out of his depth against Head. Rana is likely to make way for Akash Deep. Akash has shown a wicket-taking knack against left-handers when bowling from around the wicket during his brief Test career.
India might also want to bring back Washington Sundar to their XI, replacing R Ashwin. India are expected to stick with the same batting order for one more Test, with Rohit in the middle and KL Rahul opening.

IND vs AUS 3rd Test: Australia playing XI Predicted
After a thumping win in Adelaide, Australia are likely to make only one change as Josh Hazlewood is expected to be fit for the Brisbane Test. If Hazlewood gets the green light, he will replace Scott Boland, who was brilliant in Adelaide, picking up five wickets in the match for 105 runs.
Boland dismissed Jaiswal and Virat Kohli in India’s second innings. But with Hazlewood being the first-choice seamer and the incumbent, Boland would be the unlucky one to miss out. He could, though, return to the side in the fourth Test in Melbourne, where he has an incredible record.
