The French striker, who recently announced his departure from Paris Saint-Germain, is said to have signed the contract with Real Madrid about two weeks ago. The official move is anticipated to occur during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Mbappe is set to commit to a five-year contract with Real Madrid, with a reported salary range between €15 million and €20 million. However the offer this time wasn’t as fancy as in 2022 and Mbappe opted to accept the terms and make the switch, according to the reports.
It was also reported that Real Madrid first approached the player in the initial weeks of January to confirm the player’s interest in the move. As Mbappe showed interest in Los Blancos, the club’s managing director Jose Angel Sanchez initiated to negotiate terms with the player and his mother and agent Fayza Lamari. The negotiation was reportedly for a 5-year deal.
Real Madrid is expected to conduct an Unveiling ceremony for the player in July.
