Endrick says he is a Ronaldo fan: Brazil’s Real Madrid-bound seventeen-year-old sensation, Endrick, will face Lionel Messi’s Argentina in the World Cup Qualifier tomorrow. The teenager, who debuted for his country in their last loss against Columbia, is excited to see Messi up close. But when asked whom he liked more, his answer wasn’t the same.
Brazil is about to face Argentina in the South American World Cup Qualifiers. Brazil sits fifth with seven points from the five matches played. Argentina has 12 points from the same number of games and is leading the table. Brazil has lost two games, one against Columbia and the other against Uruguay. Argentina, on the other hand, has a loss and a win in the last two matches. This match is much more important for Brazil to win to move themselves up on the point table.
Real Madrid’s Target
Endrick is currently playing at Palmeiras. His spectacular performances over there caught the eyes of a lot of European giants. But his dream is to end up at Real Madrid, so it is pretty clear that the Spanish Giants will sign him in the coming summer.
Endrick Says He Is a Ronaldo Fan
Although the Brazilian respects Messi for being a phenomenal player, his heart stays with CR7.
“About Messi, it’s phenomenal. Very good; best in the world again,” the Palmeiras star told a press conference. “I just want to enjoy the moment of being able to play against him. Being in the same stadium as him and looking at him up close, I only saw him in the video game. Messi is a great player, but I’m more of a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo. Now that I’m seeing Messi up close, it’s going to be wonderful,” Endrick said.
