Mo Salah appeals to world leaders for Gaza aid: Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has urged international leaders to provide aid for Palestine, following the brutal bombing by Israel which reportedly killed more than 4000 civilians including women and children. Around 1300 Israelis were also killed in a Hamas attack earlier.

In a Video on Twitter, the Egyptian international said that the ongoing violence is heartbreaking brutality. He also added that the humanitarian aid for Gaza must be immediately allowed.
“It is not always easy to speak in times like this. There has been too much violence and heartbreaking brutality. The escalations in the recent weeks is terrible to witness. All lives are sacred and must be protected. This needs to stop. Families are being torn apart. What is clear now is that humanitarian aid must be allowed to Gaza immediately. The people there are in terrible conditions.”
He also condemned the inhumane attack on a hospital by Israel which killed around 500 people in Gaza. he also notified that Gaza immediately needs food, water, and electricity, which all are cut off by Israel, violating international laws.
“The scenes at the hospital last night were horrifying. The people of Gaza need food, water, and medical supplies urgently. I’m calling on the world leaders to prevent the further slaughter of innocent souls. Humanity must prevail.”
Earlier, the Egyptian Red Cross Charity had thanked Salah for donating a significant amount to the victims of the war. Executive director of the organisation Dr. Rami Al-Nazir in a note said:
“We received the donation on Sunday through his agent. It is to cover essential requirements and needs of the people of Gaza, whether medical or nutritional, based on the assessment and requests of the Palestinian Red Crescent. The decision to not disclose the donation amount was in accordance with Salah’s wishes”.
